shot with 5 year old Dylan yesterday outside of a construction site – that is a pile of white gravel behind him. It was loud with traffic to the side and the construction trucks pouring the gravel behind him. I enjoyed the tire in the composition very much. It took great effort to talk him into taking his shirt off but then we set him free to just move around and react to the noise and turmoil around him. this was our favorite shot in the end.

i blended two layers of the same image in one layer of overlay mode and bumped levels to get a bit of intensity. the movement and noise and all that results comes from shooting what was going on at the moment. This is all 100% intentional yet 100% free – if you know what I mean.

yea its different than my “usual stuff” and I’m happy about that :p enjoy!

wouldn’t this make a kick ass album cover? :lol:

I like this a ton. It's a little disturbing and dark. I like the focus, it adds to the shot quite a bit.

Yeah, would make a damn good album cover...some "rage against the machine stuff" or so. I´d love to do some new stuff, but at the moment, well...there is only this little sweet girl on my mind :D
Go on doing this new stuff, it is GREAT!!! And i really enjoy it...can´t wait to see some more.

I like a lot!! The tyre in the background is perfect - really ties the whole image together.
